A non-refundable $50 minimum deposit is required to secure any appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.

Deposits are forfeited if you no-call/no-show, cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or reschedule more than once.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice without losing your deposit. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.

There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later than 15 minutes without notice is treated as a no-show and your deposit is forfeited.

Sessions booked outside of posted studio hours are subject to an additional $30 after-hours fee, payable with your remaining balance on the day of your session.

Private: One-on-one appointments only. No walk-in traffic, no crowds.

Sanitized & Safe: Licensed professional using single-use needles. Every tool that touches skin is disposed of to ensure a sterile environment.

Vibe: Curated playlists, cozy lighting, snacks & drinks.

Judgment-Free: We're all weird in some way. All bodies, identities, sizes, and colors belong here.

Follow the full aftercare guide provided at the end of your session. Improper aftercare voids any free touch-up eligibility.

We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, with or without parental consent. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.

All Atlanta Ghoul District merch is final sale. Because items are limited-run and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for verified defects.

Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photos to room707tattoo@gmail.com.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill bookings, orders, and support requests — name, contact info, references you upload, and order/shipping details.

We never sell your data. Reference photos you upload are used solely to prepare your tattoo and are stored securely in our private studio archive.

Messages sent through live chat or the on-site AI assistant may be reviewed by the studio owner to answer your questions. Do not share sensitive information (payment details, government IDs) through chat.
